What We Offer
Beef
We mainly sell beef by the quarter, half, and whole. In a beef share, you get an array of beef steaks, roasts, and ground meat. We do occaisonally sell by the cut. Contact us for information about beef shares, details, and pricing.
Maple Syrup
We have a 5,000 tap sugar bush. Maple Syrup season in this region is typically March and April. We sell pints, quarts, half gallons, and gallons. We offer shipping and local pickup. If there is interest in large quanitities, please contact us.
Pork
We locally buy piglets each year to raise in a limited quantity. We feed our pigs a high quality pig feed made here in Vermont by Poulin Grain. Pork is sold by the half and whole pig.
Hay
We hay about 130 acres of Vermont fields. We only use all-natural fertilizer on our fields. Our hay is used mainly to feed our cattle herd and horses. If there is interest in purchasing hay, we do sometimes sell it so please reach out to us.
